STEAMFAB TECHNOLOGIES we would like to introduce our self as one of the leading manufacturers of boiler components in India. Our company is been certified by Director of Factories & Boilers, Karnataka State in India as a approved Boiler repairers and boiler pressure part manufacturers. The details of our components manufacturing facility are as follows.
In-house Facility: We have one CNC conventional and one CNC booster bending machine of capacity up to 114.3 mm OD x 7 mm Thk. The machine has a capacity to booster and can do R=1D radius bends up to 63.5 mm OD tube. We have complete range of welding facility including stud welding (ERW) up to 12 mm Dia. SS studs.

Experience in Manufacturing : The shop floor crew is well experienced in manufacturing tubular, Pipe and tank manufacturing including heavy items like chimney, air pre-heater bundle etc. We are specialized in manufactured the tubular components either by available drawing or with old removed components and we have achieved the maximum accuracy in such cases. We target the accuracy and every tubular components are fixed in the layout to ensure perfection and to eliminating site modifications.
Certification: The components are mostly carried out with strict IBR Inspections. Our components can manufactured under well known third parties Lloyds Registers, Bureau Veritas, TUV etc.
